School Excursions
School excursions are linked to the curriculum program and are undertaken to enhance learning opportunities for students. Examples of excursions in past years include: a historical walk through Brisbane, a tour of local historical sites, attendance of the Brisbane Writer’s Festival at South Bank.
In response to community feedback during our Quadrennial Review, the school will increase our use of the cultural hub at South Bank. There is also a strong commitment to utilise the programs provided by CSIRO Education, in the adjacent Ecosciences Precinct. This program is supported by additional funds from the P&C.
School Camps
Students in Years 5 and 6 participate in a camp in Term 3.
